Standard features include power steering and driver's side airbag. Optional features include dual front airbags, ABS with EBD, air conditioning, and power windows.

Although the Zastava 10 was Zastava's most modern model, it faced fierce competition from such cars as the Volkswagen Polo. However, its advantages over many of its rivals were lower price, more compact size, and sometimes, versatility. In December 2007 the price of the Zastava 10 started from EUR 7,550.[1]

In March 2007, the Zastava 10's market share of cars sold in Serbia was 11%.[2]

Zastava exported cars to former Yugoslav republics, Bulgaria, and Albania.

From 2009 the Zastava 10 has been renamed to Fiat Punto Classic according to FIAT's plan to unify naming worldwide.
